Jeremy is a Senior Executive with Grange Consulting, providing general corporate, transaction and strategic advice, and managing legal issues associated with the activities undertaken by Grange’s clients.
Jeremy is a corporate lawyer with over 9 years experience in domestic and international legal, financial and corporate matters. He spent several years in London where he worked with Allen & Overy LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and has extensive corporate experience particularly in relation to private equity, leveraged buy-out acquisitions and acting for banks, financial institutions and corporate issuers in respect of various debt and equity capital raisings.
Phil Warren
Corporate Advisor - B.Com, CA
Phil is a Senior Executive of Grange Consulting, where he specialises in Corporate Advisory and Financial Management services. Phil has considerable corporate experience working in finance, accounting and corporate roles in Australia and Europe.
Since joining Grange, Phil has specialised in Property Finance, Debt Restructuring and Financial Management of a number of ASX listed Entities. Phil has been involved in various private and seed capital raisings as well as successful ASX listings. Phil is currently the Company Secretary of Reclaim Industries Limited and Empire Beer Group Limited.
Prior to employment with Grange Consulting, Phil was the Financial Controller of the Fremantle Football Club (“Fremantle Dockers”), where he was responsible for the financial management of the organisation and the implementation of strategic plans, which contributed to the Fremantle Dockers becoming debt free and achieving record profits during this time.
Phil has spent a number of years working overseas for major International Investment banks. Phil started his career in the Perth office of Arthur Andersen in the Business Consulting Division, having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
Emma McCormack
Corporate Advisor - B.Com, CA, SA Fin
Emma is a Senior Executive at Grange Consulting, where she specialises in providing corporate and strategic advice, due diligence investigations, compliance and valuation advice. Since joining Grange, Emma has project managed the listing of a number of companies on ASX as well as being involved in various private and seed capital raisings. Emma is currently the Company Secretary of Otto Energy Limited.
Prior to joining Grange Consulting, Emma was an executive at KPMG Corporate Finance where she was involved in a range of corporate advisory engagements gaining extensive experience in financial and strategic analysis, due diligence reviews, project financing and financial modelling. Emma specialised in providing business and corporate valuation advice to various listed and unlisted companies across a wide range of industries.
Emma is a Chartered Accountant and is also a senior associate of the Finsia.
Jamie Byrde
Corporate Advisor - B.Com, CA
Jamie provides corporate advisory and financial management advice to clients of Grange Consulting and brings with him significant experience in corporate compliance, statutory reporting and financial accounting services for both listed and private companies.
Prior to joining Grange Consulting, Jamie was a senior accountant in Audit and Assurance for international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO, where he was involved in a range of engagements involving ASX, TSX and privately owned corporations. Jamie specialised in corporate compliance, internal controls and financial accounting matters for multi-nationals and junior explorers in the mining industry, property development and managed investment schemes.
Shannon Caporn
Corporate Advisor - LLB, BCom (Accounting)
Shannon is a corporate advisor with Grange Consulting, where she specialises in providing corporate and strategic advice in relation to acquisitions, capital raisings, the listing of companies on ASX, due diligence reviews and legal compliance and managing legal issues associated with the activities undertaken by Grange’s clients.
Shannon is a corporate lawyer having gained extensive corporate experience as a solicitor at boutique corporate law firms. Prior to joining Grange, Shannon was involved in range of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance, share buy-backs, due diligence investigations, insolvency, litigation and property and commercial leasing transactions. Shannon is admitted to practice in Western Australia and in the High Court.
Shannon is currently the Company Secretary of Matilda Minerals Limited, North Australian Diamonds Ltd and Top End Uranium Ltd.
